Developing an attitude of gratitude is one of the simplest ways to improve life satisfaction. Although during the "thanksgiving" time, people begin thinking about all they have to be thankful for, it can be used throughout the year which can create tremendous benefits and increased impact on overall quality of life. 

Gratitude practices are linked with:

Throughout this 30-day practice you will: 

  • Be guided to go through your life and seek out new ways to practice gratitude through the workbook provided.
