STOP Self-Sabotage

Self-sabotage is when people do (or don't do) things that block their success or prevent them from accomplishing their goals. It can happen consciously or unconsciously. Self-sabotaging behaviors can affect our personal and professional success, as well as our mental health. 

Self-sabotage erodes self-confidence and self-esteem, and can impact all the areas of your life, even when the sabotage is limited to a specific area of life. With every failed attempt to succeed there is an underlying notion that becomes reinforced in the subconscious mind, and you "prove" to yourself that you can't or shouldn't do it.

Then, after a while people believe they "can't". This is at the root of self-sabotage and it's a cycle. Within this course you'll learn the ins and outs of what's going on inside you, consciously and unconsciously to help you GET OUT OF YOUR OWN WAY to SUCCEED and reach all of your goals - once step at a time.

We will be exploring deep into many topics but here are some key areas we dive into!! 

  • What is Self-Sabotage and how does it show up on the WLS journey?
  • Why do we engage in self-sabotage - especially if we know it? 
  • Understanding WHY  and HOW self-sabotage happens. 
  • Understanding the underpinnings and origins of self-sabotage so you can go deeper and farther to heal the pattern. 
  • How YOUR relationship with YOURSELF and YOUR relationship with FOOD are at the core of the self-sabotage WOUND.
  • Create a MINDSET shift around self-sabotage so that you can put an end to FIGHTING YOURSELF and FIGHTING with FOOD to live and eat with EASE. 
  • PRACTICE new behaviors and recognizing the cues and triggers of sabotage to put a stop to it before it starts.

Self-sabotage is something that MANY people struggle with on this WLS journey - and when attempting to lose weight. 

It's not uncommon for people to focus on fears, the pain and unintentionally create SUFFERING on this journey. 

This WORKSHOP/MASTERCLASS helps to pave the way for RELEASING SABOTAGE using psychological strategies and personalized insight - YOU digging into YOU - rather than "do this" type methods from gurus. 

Putting and END to sabotage begins within and in this course I'll teach you how to go deeper within yourself and learn from the SOURCE of change so you can put your faith and trust in the ONE who will make this all happen - YOU! 

YOU are your own healer, and through this workshop, you'll recognize how you get in your own way, and and how to SHIFT so you can put an end to old patterns, heal the WOUND, and FINALLY live free of self-sabotage and food related sabotage, giving you greater peace and joy to live this journey and keep the weight off long-term.
